CURBSIDE PICK-UP + DOORSTEP DELIVERY

  • Store Pick-Up (1200 N Main St. Ann Arbor, MI 48104): 
      • Orders prepared for pickup each Friday
      • Though our store is closed every day except for Friday, our building is open during the workweek, so you can drop in to pick up your purchase at your earliest convenience. 
    • Doorstep Delivery Service available most week days with any purchase $20+ 
      • Delivery location must be within 20 miles of Ann Arbor (48104) 
      • Doorstep Delivery days: Friday + Saturday

    LATE BIRD BOUTIQUE RETURN POLICY

    Please review your order as soon as it arrives! If you believe you are missing items from your order or you have received an item that is either defective or incorrect, 
    you have 7 business days from the date of receipt to contact us. We know it's not a huge window of time, but please respect it as we want to make sure things are
    sorted out correctly on both sides, as soon as possible!

     

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Terms updated on March 3, 2022:

    • Late Bird LLC has a 3-week return policy:
      • Both online and in-store purchases must be returned within 21 days of delivery date to be considered for full reimbursement (minus shipping) in the form of store credit.
    • There is a $6 restocking fee for all returns + exchanges.
    • Return shipping is free: please contact us for a return shipping label!
      • Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email notifying of such. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, you can expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your return.
      • Items eligible for return must have their original tags (both store and seal2) attached, be unworn and be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
        • Seal tags: black, plastic teardrop shaped tags that snap onto a garment – once a seal tag is removed, it cannot be reattached.
          • SEAL TAG REMOVAL: To remove the seal tag, just lift the logo imprinted disc upwards its hinged top
          • If you find yourself having difficulties, give us a call (734-773-1949) and we’ll walk you through it.
      • Items exempt from returns include gift cards and undergarments.
      • Items discounted 40% or more are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
      • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for exchange.

       

      1Only items $100 or more may have seal tags attached – instructions for removal will be included in package or can be referenced below.
