SHIPPING

We ship all of our packages through the United States Postal Service as it offers the least expensive method of shipping. Your shipping fee is directly reflective of the pricing USPS offers us, which is based on factors like package weight and dimensions, as well as shipping distance and the shipping speed chosen at check-out. 

  • Packages will ship out within 24-48 hrs of order placement
    • Covid-19 is unlikely to disrupt shipping and delivery times 
    • Late Bird will continue to fulfill orders within the promised 24-48 hour period
    • And according to the USPS website: "At this time, the USPS continues to process mail to align with its service standards."

CURBSIDE PICK-UP + DOORSTEP DELIVERY

  • Curbside Pick-Up (at our store's location in Ann Arbor, 48104: 1200 N Main St.) available to everyone, each weekday* from 2 PM - 7:30 PM. 
      • *Tuesdays: 2 PM - 4 PM
    • 2-hour notice required (if you need your order within a shorter window of time please give us a call and we'll see what we can do)
  • Doorstep Delivery Service available most week days with any purchase $20+ 
    • Delivery location must be within 20 miles of Ann Arbor (48104)
    • 2-hour notice required - please contact us to request a delivery time
    • Delivery hours are between 6 PM and 8:30 PM

LATE BIRD LLC RETURN POLICY

Please review your order as soon as it arrives! If you believe you are missing items from your order or you have received an item that is either defective or incorrect, 
you have 7 business days from the date of receipt to contact us. We know it's not a huge window of time, but please respect it as we want to make sure things are
sorted out correctly on both sides, as soon as possible!

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Late Bird LLC has a 3-week return policy:
    • Both online and in-store purchases must be returned within 21 days1 of receipt date to be considered for full reimbursement.
  • Returns from online orders, postmarked within 10 days from delivery qualify for free return shopping
  • Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email notifying of such. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and your credit card will be reimbursed.
    • Returns that exceed the 21-day grace period, will be considered for store credit so long as the return takes place within one month (31 days) of original purchase.
  • Items eligible for return must have their original tags (both store and seal2) attached, be unworn and be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Seal tags: black, plastic teardrop shaped tags that snap onto a garment – once a seal tag is removed, it cannot be reattached.
      • SEAL TAG REMOVAL: To remove the seal tag, just lift the logo imprinted disc upwards its hinged top

  • Items exempt from returns include gift cards and undergarments.
  • Items discounted more than 40% are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
  • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for exchange.
